During the months prior to Mr. Bright's untimely death, he enjoyed many book signings. He was always pleased and very humbled to learn of the comments made about our book. At many events, we were the first to arrive and stayed to speak with the very last person. His mantra was to encourage others to write their stories, not to boast of his book. He would look each guest in the eye, or pat them on the shoulder and say, "It's your story, write it." After each book signing, our fan base grew and we received many great compliments about the realism of the stories. Please enjoy just a few of the comments posted. If you have a favorite Whistle for the Wind story, please let us know. We'd love to add your comment to this section.

“A genuine piece of Americana. Proctor Bright, refused to give up. These marvelous accounts of growing up and coming of age are set in an earlier time, yet they reflect principles and morals that work in any generation that trusts God. Hard work, perseverance and belief in his God has led him through an amazing life. These energizing and engaging stories make you want to stand up and cheer...and believe again.” ∼ M.M.Georgia
